Module 03 – Summary

Business Intelligence & KPI Development

Summary

Northwest Wealth Partners’ rapid expansion has created a clear need for a unified business intelligence framework capable of supporting data‑driven decision making. As the firm scales past $1.8B in AUM and 700+ households, fragmented reporting, inconsistent KPI definitions, and manual spreadsheet‑based workflows have made it difficult for leadership to monitor growth, capacity, and operational health. This module addresses this gap by designing a standardized KPI dictionary, consolidating siloed datasets, and building executive‑ready dashboards that give the firm a single source of truth for client growth, advisor productivity, operational throughput, compliance performance, and revenue trends.

This project addresses those challenges by creating a unified reporting framework, standardized KPI dictionary, and executive‑ready dashboards that provide visibility into client growth, advisor productivity, operational throughput, compliance readiness, and revenue performance. The methodology consolidates fragmented data sources, replaces manual spreadsheets with structured models, and introduces governance practices that clarify KPI ownership across leadership, advisors, operations, compliance, and marketing. These improvements give leadership real‑time insight into capacity constraints, workflow inefficiencies, and emerging risks.

By integrating forecasting and scenario planning, the project equips the firm with tools to anticipate future capacity needs, evaluate growth trajectories, and align operational resources with strategic objectives. The new reporting framework supports weekly, monthly, and quarterly decision cycles, ensuring leadership has timely insight into performance trends and operational health. Collectively, these enhancements position Northwest Wealth Partners to scale efficiently, strengthen compliance discipline, preserve its high‑touch service model, and continue growing without compromising client experience.
